yes, once you see somthing like the sharingan you find it easier to use the furru eye. Also i forgot to mention you gain a terrible strain by attemping bakugan,sharingan rinnegan so if i did that i would not use it well and i would need eye treatment.

ps. i wouldn't be able to use other kekkai genkai just gain a terrible strain for being a greeding loser
