Yo, now i'm taking a shot at custom jutsu templates, tell me if theres anything i missed should be added
or taken away.

CUSTOM JUTSU TEMPLATE:

Name: ( your Jutsus name E.G. Rubber Ducky Jutsu)

Range: ( how far your jutsu reaches E.G 1-3 meters )

Clan: ( who can use it . E.G. Uchiha Clan. )

Restrictions: ( Requirements that must be met before the jutsu can be used. E.G. Must master
Rubber ducky jutsu and be jonin )

Description: ( The description of your Jutsu E.G. Sends thousands of rubber duckys that pelt
the opponent )

Element: (The element of your jutsu E.G. Water )

Rank: (the rank of the Jutsu E.G. E, D, C, B, A, S. Jutsus of ranks can only be used by people with the proper ranking. Academy students can only use E and D, Genin E, D, C, And on a rare occasion one B. Chuunin E, D, C, B.
Jonin E, D, C, B, A. Anbu E, D, C, B, A, and somtimes one or two S. Sanin / Kage can use all.
