Forbidden Jutsu

I'm Going To approve one Forbidden Jutsu Per Level, But a Max of 2 Forbidden Jutsu. So you can learn one As a Genin, and a Chunin, But won't Be able to use the Higher F-J. Or you could get both at a High level, But Risk other Users Useing there Forbidden Jutsu on you.

Each will be in the Shape of a Scroll to be used.
