History:Kagin is a Genin living in konoha he graduated passing very well hes rival is greaton matssuato they were rivals ever since they met kagbin is a real pain to people he is also a bum in konoha now he lost his job and he lost his entire team and became depressed he doesnt understand much of ninja and hates how things are run he wants to change things but plans to move back to the lighting country and become hokage of the lighting he has strength like tsunades, has a great ability of tracking people, and works with other jutsu he hides most of the time in abandoned places right now he took refuge in greatons old house close to the ramen bowl shop he never had a bad past except for his sister and brother dieing his sister was 16 and his brother 15 and kagin was 15 as well when they all three were sent out on a mission to capture Deidara when deidara tricked them into a trap Ataksui members took them and killed his brother and sister infront of him and stabed Kagin with a kunai 7 times kagin never forgave himself for what happened cause he was the one leading them to Deidara after that is when he become more of a darker character and began to just not care at all this is also the reason why he hates greaton .... greaton made a mockery of his brother and sister and their family kagin attacked greaton and cut his chest open they rushed greaton out and kagin broke down they carried him off and suspended him for a year which brings us to now*
