Train,Train,and Train!!!

Kou was at the forest hitting a tree with his beowulf on as he kept up and sat down for a bit. "Man! I need to work harder if I I'm to get stronger that them." Kou was catching his breath and finally got up and started kicking the tree then. "One,Two,One,one Three!" Kou yelled out as he knee it. ("Well at least I've got both arms back.") Better kick it up a notch. Te YA!" Kou then jump back and ram kicked the tree as the tree was drilled in by the kick. "Man everyone is stronger than me. Well then. I guess I better train more.
