History: The people could never gain this level and can only be abtain by the will to protect something by one's heart and only the choosen few can withstand its power and master this as three forms are made.

Mithril: Third and final form. the user eyes change to milthril and its the ultamite of means of defence and attacks which can protect from most of the strongest attacks that would damage the user's bones, orgains and can change his body to milthril which make them a walking tank. level and training: level 4 star and harsh training for lots of posts. chakar needed fot it 75

A kekkei Genkai is a skill that involves the use of the eye, the skill can be almost anything you pick ( as long as it's not to god modey ) But needs chakra to be used, like the sharingan / byakugan take chakra for every second they're in use.

Okay then hows this since I can control metal I can control it without hand signs.

Alright it's ok, but you have to focus and keep your eye seight on the metal nonstop or it won't work.
