Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The user does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his/her target.

You need to add realistic ranks before they can be approved.

I get these from thw web and on the site I got it from there is no rank.
