Description: this sword is strong and heavy and long. It has known to be used by the furru clan as their power sword. This sword is not known for speed but it is known for its general raw power.

Seems to strong for a genin to use tone it down a bit and it will probabally be approved.

fixed now only if you A.train really hard with it B. Use it at full power you can cut off a limb if your a genin

So... what if some other idotic genin takes it and uses it at full power, they slaughter the hole village? No, try again.

nup they need to train their but with it first and they could'nt destroy a village the limb cutting only works on normal people and really really weak academey students

If I took your Sword... Cant Cut Every Single Academy Students Arm's off, there would be no Future Ninja, Thus, Destroying the Village.

only like one who just enterered the academey like two mins ago but remeber its full power and full power only works like once a week and you need to train with the sword

How DO you strike stronger just by mastering a sword, by mastering a normal sword it would just increase your skill with it like how swift and accurate your attacks are, you must be more specific.
