About the cannon chareters

I have a question about the Villans. I know that Orouchimaru came and bite saskae to get him to his side but can I ask what would happen if it would be a special event like saskae and Orouchimaru. Like get them to be in the dark side or garra being a good guy like a balance of swichting sides. and the chreaters which I may ask should be a special event chrareters like Tsunade,Itachi,Juraia, and of course Orouchimaru.

Thats Why I'm Makeing any one who wants to be a Cannon Character Message me first, or they wont get approved, because I want to balance out the power. Per Say.... Orochimaru we would need a Equaly strong Good guy.

But If we wanted a good guy like Tsunade She can join, Cause shes good, bad guys need a Equal Good guy. Keeps it fair.

Of course by what would happen if you made them chrareters a special ones that only you can choose who be good and whos evil and the adim and mods could only control. and the ones like Orouchimaru would choose ones like the who wanting revenge.

H'm don't know, thats the Kinda Stuff I'm gonna put staff up to lo, after i find some people to sign up for staff.

Okay then and one more Question. Lady Tsunade still be the hokage when this site gets more people or not?

At the moment there is no Hokage, No one has Signed up to be it.
